Search for a Pakistani manufacturers list and you will find PDFs from a decade ago, spreadsheets scraped from old trade fairs, and directories where half the phone numbers no longer work. For an importer with a deadline, that is worse than no list at all: you spend days calling dead numbers and emailing companies that closed years ago.
This article does two things. First, it explains why most lists of Pakistani manufacturers let buyers down. Second, it gives you a working Pakistani manufacturers list for 2026, organised by industry and city, where every company name links to a live profile you can check today. It ends with a five-step method to turn the list into a shortlist in one afternoon.

Why most Pakistani manufacturers lists fail buyers
They decay quickly
Companies move, change names, merge, or close. A list that is not maintained loses accuracy every month, yet most downloadable lists show no "last updated" date at all.
They mix factories with traders
Few lists say whether a company makes the product or resells it. For a buyer who needs factory pricing, technical answers and audit access, that is the most important fact of all. (Our guide on how to tell real Pakistani manufacturers from middlemen explains how to check.)
They are sorted the wrong way
An alphabetical list of 3,000 names is useless when you need knitwear factories in Faisalabad. Buyers think by product and city, so a useful list should be organised the same way.
There is no proof behind the names
A name and a phone number tell you nothing about capacity, certifications, export markets or minimum order quantity. You end up doing all the research yourself.
What makes a Pakistani manufacturers list useful
From working with buyers and suppliers, we think a good list needs five things:
- Grouping by industry and city, matching how sourcing decisions are made.
- The stated business type (manufacturer, exporter, trader or service provider) on every entry.
- A live profile behind each name, with products, certifications and contact options.
- A visible update date, so you know how fresh the information is.
- Honest labelling of entries the company has not yet confirmed itself.
The list below follows those rules. Every company named is listed on Business Listing Pakistan at the time of writing. A listing is not an endorsement, so open each profile to see its business type, verification level and last update before you contact the company.

Large mills or family workshops: which Pakistani manufacturers suit your order?
The names in this list range from listed groups with thousands of employees to family-run units in Sialkot with a few dozen craftsmen. Both can be the right partner. It depends on what you are buying and how much.
When a large manufacturer is the better fit
- High, repeat volumes: vertically integrated textile mills spin, weave, dye and stitch under one group, so they can hold quality and lead times on large programmes.
- Strict compliance: big retailers usually require social and environmental audits, and larger exporters are more likely to hold them already.
- Documentation: larger firms are used to letters of credit, detailed packing lists and testing reports from international labs.
When a smaller workshop is the better fit
- Low order quantities: a large mill may not open a production line for 300 pieces; a smaller unit often will.
- Custom and hand-finished work: many surgical instruments, leather goods and sports gloves still depend on skilled hand finishing, which is the strength of Sialkot's specialist workshops.
- Speed of decisions: you usually talk directly to the owner, so samples and changes move quickly.
Questions to ask either type
Whatever their size, ask every company on your shortlist the same four questions, so you can compare answers fairly: What is your minimum order quantity for this product? What is the lead time from approved sample to shipment? Which certifications do you hold in your own company name? Which countries have you shipped this product to in the last two years? Clear, specific answers are a good sign. Vague answers, or a reluctance to put them in writing, are worth noting before you go further.
How to turn this list into a shortlist in one afternoon
- Pick your industry and city from the lists above and open five to eight profiles.
- Check the business type on each profile. Keep manufacturers if you need factory pricing; keep exporters or traders if you need mixed loads or small quantities.
- Compare the facts: year established, certifications, export markets, MOQ and lead time. Drop any company missing the certification your market requires.
- Send one buying request instead of eight separate emails. A buying request reaches relevant suppliers in that category, and you compare quotes in one place.
- Verify your top two or three with a live video walkthrough and a paid production sample before you place a trial order.
How we keep this Pakistani manufacturers list current
Lists fail when nobody maintains them. On Business Listing Pakistan, companies manage their own profiles, each profile shows a "last updated" date, and listings we created on a company's behalf carry an "Unclaimed" badge until the owner claims them. If you spot outdated details, contact our helpdesk and our team will review it. You can always browse the full, current directory of Pakistani manufacturers by industry and city.
Are you a manufacturer in Pakistan?
If your factory is not on this list, you can list your business free. Add your products, certifications and export markets, and buyers searching for Pakistani manufacturers in your category will be able to find you and send you buying requests.
